United
Way is a leading community impact organization. In that
role, we have crystallized the most pressing issues of
concern among our constituents. Looking ahead, United
Way's time, energy, money and influence will be expended
to make sure that:
• children succeed academically
• families are healthy and safe, and
• we continue our fight against poverty
We are identifying the obstacles that stand in the way
of achieving these goals. And, in concert with our United
Way agencies, we will be crafting effective long-term
solutions that will improve our community's quality of
life.
