Welcome to United Way serving St. Tammany*!

I’m Chris Kaufmann, Chief of Administration for St. Tammany Fire Protection District #1, and I have the great honor of serving as the 2009-2010 Campaign Chairman for United Way serving St. Tammany. I’ve been involved with United Way for many years, as Co-Chair of the Red Beans and Rice Cook-Off, Committee Member for Glitz, Glamour & Giving, Chairman of the Special Event Committee and member of the United Way serving St. Tammany’s Leadership Council.

United Way is a nonprofit agency that truly helps to change lives and build communities. We are focused on the needs of St. Tammany residents, and work to strengthen the community’s ability to impact its own problems.
