United Way Collaborates to Help Working Uninsured
Thanks to the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and the New Orleans Faith Health Alliance (NOFHA), United Way for the Greater New Orleans received a donation check for $14,500. The check, presented February 26 at the United Way Building located at 2515 Canal Street, will benefit the working uninsured.

Kim Sport Honored
Because of her generosity and dedication to the community, Sport was honored for Volunteerism and Civic Involvement by the Louisiana Legislative Women’s Caucus at its “Women of Excellence Awards Gala”.
The gala took place on March 8th in Baton Rouge, and featured guest speaker U. S. Senator
Mary Landrieu (D-LA).
