The Greater New Orleans Area Combined Federal Campaign is being awarded national recognition for its 2006 campaign,which raised $1.36 million – doubling the amount raised in 2005. The GNOA CFC is one of three campaigns reaching over the $1 million mark.
The Office of CFC Operations announced the successful results of the national 2006 CFC Campaign, which raised $271.6 million, setting a new record.
“On behalf of the Office of CFC Operations, I thank you for your dedication and for everything you do to make the CFC a success!” announced Mark W. Lambert, Acting Director - Office of CFC Operations, upon announcing the campaign totals after they were submitted in early June.
Lambert shared the list of winners of CFC’s Annual Campaign Increase Awards [listed below]. Representatives of the campaigns will be recognized at the National CFC Awards ceremony in Washington D.C. later this summer on July 26th. The Ceremony will be held at the Whitehouse in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building followed by a reception in the historic Indian Treaty Room.
