EITC Proclamation

On February 4th, the Asset Building Coalition of Southeast Louisiana (ABC-SELA) was awarded a Proclamation from the City of New Orleans.

The proclamation is in recognition of the hard work the coalition is doing to get the word out about Earned Income Tax Credits and free tax preparation services for the eligible citizens of the Greater New Orleans Area.

On 2/11 [February 11th], United Way celebrated National 2-1-1 Day!

2-1-1 is a nationwide program that connects people with critical health and human services within their local communities.

Our local 2-1-1 handled over 77,000 service request calls in 2009. [learn more]
