Through Capacity Building
United Way develops:
- Professional expertise around issues such as measurement,
evaluation, grant writing, etc., of United Way and partner
agency staff
- Collective Action in Community Problem Solving—working
with and creating collaboratives in our community
- Joint income generation—working together to
write grants to bring more local, state, and federal
funding that would not normally be allocated in our
area to our community.
